Information sent through forms

The contact, quote and plan-review forms ask for name, email, phone with country code, optional company, project type and bid deadline, project details and optional drawings. Form submissions are sent to Web3Forms for forwarding to the configured business inbox. Do not put passwords, access codes or confidential drawing contents in the form.

Drawings and shared links

Optional drawings are uploaded directly to Uploadcare using its Upload API and marked for storage in the configured project. File links accompany the inquiry sent through Web3Forms. Anyone with a file link may access the file; this upload option is not recipient-restricted storage. Removing a file from the inquiry removes its link from that inquiry, but does not delete the stored file from Uploadcare. Contact the business for deletion or retention questions. For confidential plans, arrange recipient-restricted sharing before uploading.

Third-party services

The website uses Google-hosted fonts and an existing Google Ads tag. Those services receive browser requests under their own policies. Completed form requests send an event containing only the form type to the existing tag; project details and plan links are not included in those events.

Submission and delivery

A form success message means the provider accepted the request. It does not establish receipt in the business inbox. Contact the business to follow up if a reply does not arrive.
