- ✓ Reconcile fixture counts between floor plans and luminaire schedules.
- ✓ Cross-check switchboards, panels, and transformers against one-line power diagrams.
- ✓ Confirm digital drawing scale calibration across every separate PDF sheet.
- ✓ Account for vertical rises, conduit drops, and pull box allowances.
- ✓ Clearly separate base bid scope from demolition, addenda, and bid alternates.
2. Costing & Mathematical Audits
- ✓ Review spreadsheet references, arithmetic, units, and quantity extensions.
- ✓ Verify supplier quote issue dates, lead times, and vendor freight exclusions.
