Every estimate is produced by a three-person team: a dedicated takeoff specialist, a lead estimator, and a quality assurance reviewer. Here are the people behind the numbers.
Our estimators come from electrical contracting and construction backgrounds. They have worked on commercial, industrial, and residential projects ranging from small tenant build-outs to multi-million-dollar manufacturing facilities and data centers. We do not claim individual certifications that do not exist as recognized credentials in this industry. What we offer is consistent, verifiable estimating experience.
Team Roles
Takeoff Specialists
Perform digital quantity surveys using PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu. Count every device, measure every conduit run, and extract fixture schedules from the drawings. Cross-reference quantities against specifications and document discrepancies.

Apply material pricing from current supplier data and RSMeans. Calculate labor hours using NECA labor units adjusted for project type and conditions. Prepare the bid summary, scope letter, and final cost breakdown.

Second-review every estimate before delivery. Verify quantities against plans, check addenda incorporation, confirm labor unit selection, and review pricing. No estimate leaves without QA sign-off.

Every estimate follows the same workflow:
- Takeoff Specialist performs the initial quantity survey and marks up the plan set.
- Lead Estimator reviews the takeoff, applies pricing and labor, and prepares the bid package.
- Quality Assurance reviews the complete package and signs off before delivery.
Each estimate has a named takeoff specialist, lead estimator, and QA reviewer. If you have questions about any number in your estimate, you can speak directly to the person who prepared it.
